Is the absence of self-awareness one of the most significant problems in our society?

We love to comment on others, judge others and study others but we spend little time studying ourselves.  In a world that being “busy” is often respected, we devote significant time consuming and minimal reflecting.

If someone was to ask you, who are you? What would be your answer?

Taking the time to be self-aware in all aspects of your life could be the catalyst to you maximising your potential and living a good life.  It is time to take responsibility for your life by becoming a self-scientist and be fully immersed in life rather than a spectator.
