We all have those days that don’t go according to plan. The days where we don’t feel motivated to get things done. The days where we see everything through “doom & gloom” glasses. One tact I have found that helps me is to STOP and look around, REFLECT on the wonderful things that I can see & APPRECIATE what I have in my view. This act of gratitude will help you and may help you get out of a dark mood. It’s important to accept these moods but try this little gratitude practice, and I hope it helps.
